How withdrawals work
- Unspent balance is refunded to the payment method of the original top-ups — never paid out to a bank account.
- The most recent top-ups are refunded first, each one at most for what is left of it.
- Only top-ups that succeeded in the last 12 months can be refunded, up to what is left of them. Any balance beyond that stays in the wallet to spend.
- Each refund writes a withdrawal entry; a refund that fails is put back with an adjustment. The client gets an email.
- Every withdrawal is audited with your user ID and the reason.
